SCIENTIFIC EXPERIENCE

David is a translational scientist with more than 20 years of experience in mass spectrometry and bioinformatics.
His work spans metabolomics, lipidomics, proteomics, targeted biomarker development, and the integration of molecular and clinical data. He served as a principal investigator at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine for more than 15 years.
He directed the Molecular Determinants Center and Core at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and previously served as the School of Medicine executive director of the Center for Resources in Integrative Biology.
In 2024, David established Graham Scientific to continue this work through an independent scientific business. His May 2026 NIH biosketch records ongoing NIH-funded subaward leadership and an unpaid adjunct faculty appointment at Johns Hopkins.
