Access & processing
Who needs access, where the work will run, and which data and documents are in scope. The processing arrangement must fit the sensitivity of the material.
DATA & SECURITY
Scientific capability and responsible data handling belong in the same conversation. We establish the data arrangements for the proposed work before receiving project material.
OUR OWN PLATFORM
SourceTracer is Graham Scientific’s privately operated scientific and evidence platform.
Owning the platform lets us shape the workflow around the research: the source material, analytical steps, review process, and deliverables. It also makes the data path a concrete part of the engagement discussion.
We define the proposed processing environment and tool chain for your project, including any external services, before agreeing how sensitive material will be handled.

Who needs access, where the work will run, and which data and documents are in scope. The processing arrangement must fit the sensitivity of the material.
Which tools, model providers, and other external services would participate, what they would receive, and the applicable terms for that use.
What needs to be documented, how outputs will be reviewed and transferred, and the retention and deletion arrangements required by the engagement.
FOR ORGANIZATIONS
We welcome early involvement from your research, IT, security, and compliance teams. Their requirements help determine whether the proposed workflow is appropriate and what additional controls or arrangements are needed.
Begin with a non-confidential description of the work. Research datasets, patient information, unpublished intellectual property, and other sensitive material should follow the transfer process agreed for the engagement.

SourceTracer defines tool-level entitlements and OAuth-scope policies. Unknown tool policies deny access.
Medical-content routes enforce tenant and workspace access checks. Document-library and internal-workspace access is scoped to the caller.
Evidence-packet workflows verify source records. Manuscript and reference review workflows preserve claim and citation context for examination.
